Agency owner, Don Gould, has been in the insurance industry since 1984.  He enjoys getting to know his clients and helping them with their personal lines property and casualty insurance needs. Don has two sons, five grandchildren, and two dogs.  In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and working on his classic cars.

Bob Gould entered the insurance industry in 1996, following the completion of  a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance.  His focus in the agency is personal lines property and casualty coverage. Bob is an alumnus of Missouri Southern State University.  He is married with two children and is an avid Kansas City Chiefs and Sporting Kansas City fan.

Beth Bass joined Don Gould Agency in 2011. She has thirty-eight years of insurance experience and serves as the agency’s commercial lines agent.  She owns a CIC insurance designation and enjoys helping business clients understand their coverage. Beth and her husband have been married for forty-three years. Away from the office, she enjoys outdoor activities and can be found gardening, running, and biking – often with her five grandchildren!

John Gould joined the agency in 2018 after more than twenty years in the trucking industry.  His focus in the agency is personal lines property and casualty insurance. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, cruise vacations with his wife, and cooking – especially on his smoker!

Jane Gould joined the agency in 2020 and came to the agency from a long history in customer care and support services.  She is actively involved with the personal lines and customer service. Away from the office, Jane and her husband, Ryan, enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and many genres of music.
